Wheel Refurbs

Powder coated wheel refurbishment is a process of restoring the appearance of damaged or worn-out wheels by removing the old paint, repairing any dents or scratches, and then applying a new powder coating to the wheels. This can freshen your wheels up and make them look as good as new!

Powder coating is a type of dry finishing process where a finely ground powder made of pigment, resin, and other additives is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the surface of the wheel. The charged powder particles adhere to the surface of the wheel and then heated to form a durable and attractive coating that is resistant to chipping, scratching, and fading.

During the refurbishment process, the old coating is removed by us using various methods such as chemical stripping, sandblasting, or grinding. Any dents, scratches, or other damage are repaired using body filler, welding, or other techniques. The wheel is then cleaned and prepped for the powder coating process. After the powder is applied, the wheel is baked in an oven to cure the coating and create a smooth, durable finish.

Our pricing is incredibly competitive, starting from just £60 a wheel, or £200 for a whole set.
